Brethren, as Junior Warden, I bring fraternal greetings from The University Lodge Number 84, A.F. & A.M. of the Grand Lodge of Quebec (located in Canada). I am currently in Moscow from Feb. 28 until March 7, 2010 and hope to at least see your Memorial Temple, although I did not see any of your English speaking lodges having meetings while I am here. Anyway, I certainly also admire the resurrection of your lodges after so many years of suppression. I hope you will flourish and offer any support which can aid you in strengthening your fraternity.
